Tipsy Steer and Invictus Brewing are pleased to announce that we will be booking events again, starting August 1st, 2021. However, we are limited to Sunday through Thursdays (no events on Friday or Saturday) and have changed our room minimums.
3 HOUR BOOKING PERIOD INVICTUS (Room Rental)
● $200 – Meeting Room Rental Fee (33 beer tickets included)
● $150 – Add Private Patio (25 beer tickets included)
● $100 – Additional Meeting Room Hourly (16 beer tickets
included)
● $50 – Additional Patio Hourly (8 beer tickets included)
● + 15% Service Charge
TIPSY STEER (Food Minimums)
● $300 subtotal – Meeting Room
● $200 subtotal – Added Private Patio
● Food minimum doubles when event time doubles (6 hours) –
additional hours are no extra charge
● + Taxes
● + 18% Gratuity
Example: Just meeting room event for 3 hours would be Invictus $200 + 15% service charge and Tipsy Steer would be $300 + taxes and 18% gratuity. As for the meeting room and private patio for 3 hours would be Invictus $350 + 15% service charge and Tipsy Steer would be $500 + taxes and 18% gratuity.
